Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss has been a country music star for more than 30 years. Her birthplace was in Decatur, Illinois on the 23rd July 1971. LeAnn Kymes, as well as Krauss were among the youngest Grammy Award-winners. Alison Maria Krauss, born July 23, 1971 is an American singer and musician. She started working in the music business from a young age. At the age 10 she was a winner in local competitions and made her first album. The year 1985 saw her signing to Rounder Records. Her first solo album was released in 1987. The band invited her to join the band with who she continues to perform Alison Krauss and Union Station and later released her first album as a group in the year 1989.
