This particular track was special since based on her interview with the Rap-Up show, many fans related to her journey through self-doubt and discovering how to love herself. Cara is famous for including songs about mental health, compassion and self-love in her songs. The music that she has written is derived from her own struggle in overcoming mental health issues and insomnia. According to Reuters interview, she's said that her album was half turbulent and half-perfected. The therapy she received made her stronger and she encourages others to do the same.
